Week 11 - Introducing: "CheFlip"!

After last week's disagreements, where we felt stuck and couldn't figure out if our direction was right, we started to think of a new direction according to our specified "How might we". It became clear that we needed to reevaluate our goals and come up with a new direction to prototype, not be stuck on our last idea. With this realization, we began to brainstorm and explore different possibilities for moving forward. We were determined to find a solution that would work for everyone involved and get us back on track.

We understood that we needed to think of something simple that would send the message we were looking for, something that would represent the transference of the chef's role from the parent to the child and indicate the child's level of involvement in the kitchen.

Finally, we came up with a prototype that we all agreed was better. There were still some disagreements, but we understood that we would keep working on our product for another semester, and we had to start with something that we all agreed accomplished the primary goal.

Later this week, we tried our prototype with real users to get some first feedback for it. It was great to see for the first time people use our product, and we were open to any criticism in order to improve our prototype.
