Week 21 - Another Week Of Adjustments

Last week we did successful user testing and got pretty sure about our product, but the work isn't over yet. We still have the time to examine small changes, make the best choices, and get to the product that will be the best for our purpose.

We started the week with a few dilemmas, the most important one was the color of the box. We wanted to stay in the zone of more fun colors, something that will fit children between the ages of 6-7, but it still has to look professional in some way, and we had to choose colors that combine well with each other.

Next, we made our first prints in a 3D printer (after using only the machine that cuts wood pieces to make the box or some kinds of clothes to make the bracelets). We came up with some insights from the user tests and understood that the place in the bracelets where the parent and children had to fist bump was unclear, so we made a frame that will be comfortable for them to use and also for us to build since it lets us put the magnets that activate the kit in this part of the bracelet.

decided to go with the white ones

We did another user test this week and got great feedback. We are happy to see in all of the user tests that the parents and the children enjoy cooking with the product, and we hope that they can get every value we wanted this process to give them.

With only a month left until the end of the year, we understood we had to make some final decisions about our product so we would be able to start filming the final movie for our presentation at the end of the year. We made more templates for recipes, colored the box, and we are ready to give it all till the end of the semester.
