This week, we finally got a chance to present our current progress to new mentors. These mentors were not part of the guidance team that had been helping us throughout the project, so it was interesting to get their perspectives on our idea.
It was a bit stressful to present our idea to new mentors because we weren't sure how they would react to it. However, we were pleasantly surprised when they gave us mostly positive feedback. They seemed impressed with what we had accomplished so far, and that gave us a boost of motivation. It's always nice to have validation from potential clients, and it made us feel like all of our hard work has been worth it.
During our meetings with the mentors, we took detailed notes on their feedback and suggestions. We wanted to make sure that we captured every valuable piece of information that they provided, so that we could use it to guide us as we continue developing our prototype. We compiled all of the notes onto a single sheet, which we will refer to frequently as we move forward with the project.
